XXXTentacion is not having a good weekend, as he’s recently been jailed for seven additional felony charges and it looks like his legal situation is taking a turn for the worst. Now, new information has surfaced that his seven additional charges are not the reason he was taken into custody, but he has been taken into custody because of the behavior of his fans.
According to DJ Akademiks, who released new information on Twitter, he may have been taken into custody because of multiple threats made by the rapper’s fans to the judge on his case. “Apparently his fans threatened a judge till the judge had to remove himself off X’s case,” he said. It is from this incident that they blame X since he posted the court info.”
It appears this theory may be accurate as there is a video of X trying to address the court, but he is abruptly cut off by the judge and is immediately taken into custody by the bailiff. The judge felt in the moment that he was putting on a show for his friends who showed up.
The judge’s reaction to X seems to be a part of the trend for judges to take action based on incidences unrelated to the charges present, which is similar to what occurred with Meek Mill. X’s situation is not looking goof but time will tell what else will occur with this situation.
