Top Dawg Entertainment is having their fourth annual Holiday Concert and toy giveaway on December 22 in California. There will be performances by TDE’s own SZA and Kendrick Lamar, plus Rihanna and E-40. Anthony Tiffith, CEO of TDE, announced that the two recent artists are performing at this year’s holiday concert with other special guests.
Last year’s lineup included Wiz Khalifa, SZA, A$AP Rocky and many more. The teaser video states that it’s a free admission when you bring an unwrapped toy. The inaugural TDE holiday concert/toy drive kicked off in 2014. The goal for the event is to give back to people of their communities.
Things have been going well for the label’s front runners. The Grammy-nominated songstress received great reviews for her debut album, Ctrl. Kendrick received three nods from the Recording Academy for his latest album, DAMN, which was released on April 14. He recently released a collector’s edition of the album, in which the songs from the original album are listed in reverse.
