In the motion, Knight claims prosecutors and the Sheriff’s department “have secretly listened to every word” discussed between him and his lawyer during his current incarceration since August 22, 2016. In February on 2015, he was charged with murder and attempted murder after conducting a hit and run on the set of N.W.A. biopic, Straight Outta Compton, running over actor Cle “Bone” Sloan and fatally, Terry Carter.

According to TMZ, Suge made a request for the judge to eliminate all court orders, granting prosecutors and the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department the ability to wiretap his phone calls along with limited visitation rights, rules sanctioned by a judge who once represented the hit and run victims in the past.
