In a new TIDAL exclusive seven minute documentary Cardi B shares with viewers her innermost feelings in regard to her newfound stardom and the perks that accompany her lavish lifestyle. In short she stated,
“I’ve came a long ass way. It makes me feel like — I’m here m*thafckas!”
Simple yet profound, “I’m Here M*thafckas!” was a bold enough statement to represent Cardi’s slingshot to the top and actually be coined the title of the documentary.
Cardi explained her struggle to express herself through fashion and keeping up with fashion trends when she was younger, yet she created her own style with what she could afford. Nonetheless, expressing herself in the music was never an issue and she always embraced it as a healthy outlet for herself.
The documentary highlights how things have come full circle for the Bronx native as she performs at Moschino Creative Director, Jeremy Scott’s, annual Art Basel Miami party, in which he also customized a Moschino dress design specifically for Cardi.
Jeremy Scott stated:
“She’s become this new wild rocket thats starting to challenge fashion looks while at the same time is just having this incredible personality!”
