A deadly internet challenge involving firearms put a young teen in critical condition. Teenagers are calling it just a playful internet game, but a 17-year-old was shot in the head while participating in the social media frenzy “No Lackin Challenge.” In the challenge, one person pulls a gun on their friend to see if they are “lackin” or without a firearm.

Fox 19 reported that according to the Memphis Police Department, the teenager was shot by 21-year-old Sherman Lackland while participating in the game on Thursday. The incident occurred at a 24-hour cafe where Lackland allegedly accidentally shot the teen in the head.
