Atlanta’s Big Boi of Outkast heads out to Australia and New Zealand early next month for a handful of large solo shows after headlining one of the largest music festivals in Western Australia – Golden Plains XII. The rapper/actor/producer has had a busy month playing a stack of shows across Canada, throughout America, and is back to Europe after his Australasian shows.

He is touring his recently released third studio album Boomiverse that includes collabs from Killer Mike, Jeezy, Adam Levine, Gucci Mane, Pimp C, Snoop Dogg, Eric Bellinger, Kurupt, Scott Storch, Mannie Fresh, Curren$y, Organized Noize and Dj Khalil. The critically acclaimed 12-track album charted well across Canada, New Zealand and America, building upon the success of the two lead singles Mic Jack and Kill Jill which were both released in the same week last year.

With now 25 years in the rap game since Outkast’s Player’s Ball went Gold and reached no. 1 on the Billboard Rap Single chart off the duos debut studio album Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik, Big Boi has remained a force on the mic to be reckoned with.
