YFN Lucci is gearing up for the release of his debut album, Ray Ray From Summerhill. The first single, “Boss Life,” featuring Offset gave us a glimpse of what to expect from the project.
Casanova and Wale, both make guest appearances on the album as well. You might recognize a few recognizable beats from The Diplomats and JAY-Z. Just like his previous body of work, Lucci stays true to his melodic, street sound. But the main difference between Ray Ray From Summerhill, which is out on March 9th, is that it’s being released by Think It’s a Game Records/Warner Bros.
In the past, Lucci has spoke about being an independent artist and said that it’s the best way to go because you’ll have more money. But it looks like he changed his mind because the right deal came on the table. In the interview below, he also spoke about upcoming collaborations with Lil Yachty and Nipsey Hussle.
