Daz Dillinger of Tha Dogg Pound Releases New Album ‘Dazamataz’

Daz Dillinger of the almighty West Coast group Tha Dogg Pound comes out in 2018 firing with his staggering sixteenth solo album, entitled Dazamataz. The album was released on February 16th and contains a monster thirty full-length tracks. Dazamataz comes highly anticipated by West Coast fans after he dropped nine full-length video clips leading up to the albums’ release.

Dazamataz contains a huge number of guest appearances from West Coast/G-Funk legends, leaving fans nothing short of excited. Appearances include artists such as Snoop Dogg (Daz’s cousin), Ray J, Kurupt, Freddie Gibbs, Kokane, The Twinz, Latoiya Williams, Goldie Loc and more. While Daz himself shows off his versatility taking care of the production side of things. With more than 20 years experience on his resume, Daz Dillinger helped play his part in the almighty rise of the West Coast in the 1990s, working alongside heavyweights including Warren G, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Xzibit, Too $hort, DJ Quik and the late great Nate Dogg.

It is proving to be a very solid start to the year for the West Coast, with Nipsey Hussle and Berner also dropping strong studio albums. Although that’s certainly not the end of Daz’s plans for the year, announcing a “DPG For Life” tour down under alongside Kurupt on the east coast of Australia next month.
