The album’s promotion has increased since the release date was announced earlier this year. And it’s clear Drake season has officially arrived in Toronto due to the high number of OVO billboards flooding the city.

One Billboard in particular caught the eye of many.

The sign left many wondering if Scorpion will be double disc release. Drizzy’s previous album, More Life, was marketed as a 22-track playlist making it his longest track listing to date. But rest assure, if speculations about the double disc LP are true, no one will object to consuming more music from the 6 God.

Scorpion‘s chart-topping singles, “God’s Plan” and “Nice For What,” spent multiple weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.

Drizzy’s newest single, “I’m Upset,” debuted at No. 19 on the Hot 100 for a short period before falling to 32. It has not lived up to the ubiquitous radio presence of its predecessors, but the Karena Evans-directed video gives fans a nostalgic treat from our favorite Canadian teen drama, Degrassi.

Before the world knew him as Drake, he was Wheelchair Jimmy.

The OVO team remains calculated and direct with every move. The “A side, B side” billboard may come as a sign as to the next big calculated endeavor of Drake’s career. With three singles on the charts, Scorpion holds weight leading up to its debut.

Fans will remain on the edge of their seats until June 29. Until then, we’ll continue to enjoy what the album has provided thus far.
