It was a BET takeover in Los Angeles, Calif last weekend, and The Source was there to document every moment!
The three-day extravaganza, better known as the BET Experience, kicked off Friday (June 22) at at L.A. Live, the City of Angels’ go-to entertainment complex in downtown L.A. The venue hosted various vendors, including a custom sneaker bar, the artists we love and an if-you-weren’t-there-then-you-missed-out celebrity basketball game.
From Ray J to Wale to Lil Rel to Safaree, it was a star-studded movie, and The Source caught it all on tape. We caught an up-close-and-personal take of the pre-awards show concert, which featured performances by Meek Mill, Playboi Carti, A$AP Ferg, Nipsey Hussle and more.
The weekend was lit, but that definition is an understatement.
