The chances of the four-time regular season MVP suiting up with the Los Angeles Lakers has turned into the most popular destination of them all. Either LA or Cleveland for that matter. During his most recent visit to the Lowe Podcast, ESPN’s Brian Windhorst confirmed that the Ohio native has narrowed it down to those two teams.

“My feel is that LeBron is not picking up that (the Cavs) option, ” said Windhorst.” That will result, basically with San Antonio and Houston being out the mix.”

He goes on to confirm that there are two teams that have a real chance. The only teams that matter is the Cavs or the Lakers. Windhorst also stated that James free-agent decision will be made by Independence Day, July 4.

The attention surrounding his free agency decision has prompted King James to unveil another project he has been working on. In May 2016, Warner Bros. announced that a Space Jam sequel was in production, starring LeBron James. The three-time NBA champion plans to air the official Space Jam 2 on Instagram TV app, via, The Uninterrupted.

This strategic, unique roll out of strong media marketing can only set the stage for one destination: Hollywood. The father of three is likely taking his talents to Los Angeles to solidify his career after basketball. For now, we can only speculate. Only LeBron knows where he will land and hopefully, we know by the end of next week.
