Earlier this week, Terry Crews testified against WME agent, Adam Venit at Capitol Hill. He gave an emotional speech, explaining how his genitals were groped by Venit at a Hollywood function. His decision not to act violently was due to the consequences Black men deal with in society.
“As a Black man in America, you only have a few shots at success, you only have a few chances to make yourself a viable member of the community,” he said.
50 Cent made a joke about it on Instagram. He posted a side-by-side screenshot of the scene in Friday where Crews’ character was being sexually assaulted, compared to a photoshoot of him showing off his muscles with a rose in his mouth. In typical Fif’ fashion he asked why didn’t the actor “get the strap.” 50’s post was later removed by the social media platform.
TMZ ran up on Crews to get his opinion on what the NY rapper had to say but he brushed it off and kept it his cool. “I love 50 Cent I listen to his music while I’m working out.”
