In an impromptu interview with TMZ, Steven Bauer, the man who played “Manolo” alongside Al Pacino, believes that the political climate that has been created by the Trump administration and its policies, will have Americans fighting against one another, spawning a Civil War, which this country hasn’t seen since its inception over 200 years ago.
