Beast Mode 2 comes in a compact nine singles but sessions for the project resulted in what amounts to be somewhere around 90 leftovers. Zaytiggy states the project goes through an extensive selection process to pick the best for the fans.
“I’d say about 100 songs. That’s just in the vault. It’s really about finding a combination of songs that work together ‘cause, really, all the songs are dope,” Zay stated. “But all of ‘em don’t work together as a collective project.”
Also in the conversation, Zay speaks on the development of his catalog with Future, the adjustment to their collaboration style and the focus of how he crafted the sound of the project. Check out the full interview here.
