Remember last month when a woman claimed Jamie Foxx assaulted her with his penis in 2002? That case has now been closed according to TMZ. If you don’t recall the incident, Jamie allegedly smacked a woman with his penis after his request for oral sex was denied, the supremely talented artists denied the accusations.
The incident with Foxx allegedly went down in Las Vegas, Nevada and the statue of limitations for the case have passed. In fact, they were up after three years.
Jamie Foxx is fresh off the stage of the 2018 BET Awards where he served as host, in addition, the multi-talented star will be brushing off his comedian chops to hit the road and perform standup for the first time in years.
