Manhattan government prosecutors and the NYPD have busted the twin, saying she utilized a dead man’s platinum card to pile on $20,000 in fraudulent purchases in the months after he keeled over, including carrier tickets, designer brand clothes, and mobile phone payments.

The unidentified man never grumbled about the spending binge since he was dead — discovered keeled over the morning after Clermont’s visit with cocaine and fentanyl on his bed and a used condom on his bed, as indicated by the feds.

Clermont, 24, has been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, one count of access device fraud and aggravated identity theft. She faces decades in prison if convicted.

It’s unclear whether or not he overdosed before or after her visit. She has not been charged with anything in regards to his death.
