If his success with Louis Vuitton wasn’t enough to shut the haters up, Virgil Abloh has a double shot of Nike Prestos in store for summer that are guaranteed to win him the respect he’s been working towards.
Coming in both white and black versions, the upcoming Nike Presto collab with Virgil’s OFF-WHITE™ looks pretty fly to say the least. We first saw the shoe as part of the LV designer’s “The Ten” pack, and now they’re re-releasing for the general public with slight-but-noticeable changes. Both versions are basically identical except where the black switches up on the white and vice versa. Everything is in place otherwise: the red plastic zip tie on the laces, bold text in quotations near the medial side of the ankle, an orange tab that hangs just below the Swoosh and co-branding on the insoles to make things official tissue. Who else can say they’re doing dope stuff like this with both the Swoosh and LV? Let’s go Virgil!
The OFF-WHITE™ x Nike Presto pack will arrive in two waves: the black pair is set for a July 27 release date, retailing for $160 USD, and the while version arrives on August 3 for $160 USD as well. See more pics of both shoes below:
