For a while when Hip-Hop fans visited Atlanta they made it a priority to check out 2 Chainz pink trap house that became a Georgia landmark when promoting his Pretty Girls Like Trap Music album. The “Good Dank” rapper leased the trap house at 1530 Howell Mill Road but it will soon be demolished.

The house is currently still standing, however, it does not have the pink paint that made it a must see in the community. AJC of Atlanta reports the property will be torn down. Matt Rohrig, who works with Cartel Properties, states “My plan eventually is to tear it down. I’m not leasing it out long term.”

During the promotion of his album, 2 Chainz parked a vehicle on the lawn, which became the perfect prop for fan photo opps. After the album’s release, the house became a free center for HIV testing and a replica of the home and its specifics were included in an Atlanta auto show. In a conversation with Genius, 2 Chainz stated at the time the pink trap house was to Atlanta as the Statue of Liberty was to New York City. There were also viral dancing videos filmed inside and more.
