The key to proper sneaker style in the summer is having a comfortable pair of soles, and unfortunately chunky soles and even the most performance-ready mid top sneakers won’t be your first option in the weekly rotation. Thankfully, Nike has a new Epic React Flyknit silhouette that’ll keep you light on your feet on the days when you need it the most.
The colorway choice for this latest iteration of the shoe is a “College Navy/Jade” mashup, featuring a gradient-like flow from toe to heel as the hue shifts from the darker blue to aqua with a speckled transition point. The Swoosh’s signature “Crimson Red” colorway makes it on the, well, Swoosh and additionally around the heel and on minor parts of the insoles. Overall, it’s a pretty fresh combo to say the least.
Expect the Nike Epic React Flyknit “College Navy/Jade” to arrive online and at select Nike retailers soon, priced at $150 USD.
