Well, Chris Tucker is delinquent in the eyes of the government, but the Rush Hour star was seen enjoying the sun on the French Riviera in St. Tropez while still owing Uncle Sam a whopping six figures.
According to the pic seen below, Tucker and his son Destin was seen aboard a raft with crew floating along the French Riviera.

The problem is that according to the State of California, the comedian owes $1,245,858.25, putting him amongst the Top 500 Delinquent Taxpayers in the Golden State.
