Her longtime collaborator, Stuart Matthewman, revealed the good news during an interview. He said that he and the sultry singer had “a bunch of songs” for the 2010 Soldier of Love. “[Sade’s] not interested in the fame or any of that [other] stuff,” he told Rated R&B. “She likes to put out art. So when it’s ready, it will come out.”
She recently released her first song in seven years for the Reese Witherspoon-Oprah Winfrey film, A Wrinkle in Time.

Meantime, Matthewman said Sade’s label, Epic, “knows there’s no point in nagging us or giving us deadlines. It doesn’t really help the process.”
