Larry Nassar has already been assaulted in prison, just hours after he was released into the general population of the United States Penitentiary in Tucson, Arizona. Detroit News reports court documents filed Tuesday, which may move the child predator and former doctor to a different facility.

Another report from the Lansing State Journal reports attorneys stated Judge Rosemarie Aquilina “signed his death warrant.” The judge sentenced Nassar to a sentence that will range from 40 to 175 years behind bars. The attorneys stated that the sentence was done to “demonize Dr. Nassar in front of the entire world.”

Larry Nassar has already completed six months of this sentence. He originally was guilty of child porn charges in February and in January was sentenced for molesting over 200 women during his tenure at Michigan State University and USA gymnastics as a sports doctor.
