Alani “LaLa” Anthony has teamed up with BET Network to provide an in-depth documentary based on the black market of cosmetic surgery, titled Killer Curves: Bodies To Die For.
Back in the day, women had to live up to the super slim standards but nowadays, times have changed and apparently, so have preferences and women are undergoing surgery to enlarge certain parts of their bodies. From injections to fat transfers, some women are willing to do whatever it takes to get the “perfect” shape and gain physical attention.
The documentary features quite a few special guests like, K. Michelle, who recently removed the silicone out of her button. “After I got my butt shots I felt like I had confidence, but then [I had] headaches all the time… I couldn’t even walk.”
Killer Curves: Bodies To Die For will premiere Wednesday, August 8th at 9PM on BET. Executive producers alongside LaLa are David George, Will Nothacker, Jordana Hochman, and Antoinetta Hairston.
