Tay-K, born Taymor Travon McIntyre, is right now being held in Texas’ Tarrant County Lon Evans Correction Center. The new charges were imposed against the rapper on Thursday (Aug. 2), as indicated by reports acquired by XXL. We still don’t know what substance the rapper possessed. His bond for the new charge has been set at $10,000. There is no possibility he makes bond, as a judge has just denied “The Race” rapper’s bond for his past charges.

He is confronting one count of capital murder for his alleged role in the 2016 slaughtering of a 21-year-old man in Mansfield, Texas. Police claim the rapper set up the casualty to be victimized alongside another man and two female assistants. The burglary plan turned into a murder when the target was shot and killed.

Shortly after he was arrested, the 18-year-old rapper gained notoriety after releasing his song, “The Race,” and going on the lamb. While on the run, police claim he burglarized and slaughtered 23-year-old Mark Saldivar at a Chick-Fil-A in San Antonio, Texas. He was later captured and charged with capital murder for the two wrongdoings and is waiting for trial.

In June, he was slapped with a wrongful passing claim by the mother of the man lethally shot outside the Chick-Fil-A. Moreover, he was sued for over $1 million by his affirmed casualties benefitting off his wrongdoings from a record bargain he marked last December.
