6ix9ine seems to be unable to avoid some type of trouble. While he is currently beefing with YG, the courts are looking to beef with him. The Blast reports the young New York City rapper will be facing one to three years in state prison after violating the terms of his plea deal in his case of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.
The Manhattan D.A.’s Office spokesperson also revealed that 6ix9ine would also have to register as a sex offender. The recent arrest of 6ix9ine in Houston, as well as New York City, is being used against him in this case as the incidents in which he did not abide by the rules of his plea deal.
6ix9ine took his plea deal in 2015 to avoid any larger trouble. The “FEFE” rapper states he was a minor when the issue occurred, however, officials are saying he “sentenced as an adult for the crime he committed against a child and accept the consequences of that conviction, including registration under the Sexual Offender Registration Act.”
The letter from the prosecutor states: “Defendant has had over two years to demonstrate to this Court that the role he played in the sexual exploitation of a thirteen-year-old child was an aberration in his otherwise law abiding life. He has failed to do so.”
6ix9ine will be back in court for sentencing on October 2. His current enemy, YG, laughed at the news on Twitter and wrote on his Instagram story “Lil nasty ass muhfucka Now go to jail and get yo dick sucked pedophile ass child molestor.”
