Back when we did FILA Week right before the start of summer, the Mindblower silhouette was all the talk — the shoe fit right into the new chunky sole trend, and was especially welcomed by those that remember it from the ’90s. Now that it’s officially back, it only makes sense to have a classic black version to go with everything in your wardrobe.
In addition to the blacked-out fully suede upper, the shoe also incorporates FILA’s signature white and red color theme that you usually see in the logo. In this case, the hues appear on just that, including the logo placement on the sole, tongue, heel and boldly across the midsole. As one pair of kicks that we absolutely love is making a resurgence in the sneaker community, it’s cool to see that the Italian heritage brand is covering the essentials first before they start to roll out the more eclectic designs. We’ll be checking for those too, though!
