Just recently, Jay-Z and Beyonce announced that their personal charities, BeyGOOD Initiative and the Shawn Carter Foundation, would use revenue from their OTRII proceeds to award one million dollars worth of scholarship money to a deserving high school student in order to fund their college tuition. Just last night, the power couple awarded their first $100,000 to Keyshawn Morgan, a high school senior who is No. 3 in his class.

In addition, Karissa Jackson in Atlanta received the award for her community service efforts. It is already in her plans to attend Kennesaw State University.

As if those two acts of selflessness weren’t enough, DJ Khaled surprised tour goers by announcing that he would match the Carters scholarship amounts by awarding another scholarship to another deserving student.
