Supreme is gearing up for yet another dope collaboration, this time linking up again with COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT for a Fall/Winter 2018 capsule of fresh apparel and a special edition of the ever-classic Nike Air Force One.
The new “splice” trend we’ve been seeing lately, with two designs split down the middle and sewn together to make for an interesting mashup effect, is utilized heavily throughout this capsule. The design effect is accompanied by a white graffiti graphic courtesy of artist Earsnot IRAK, and a layered screenprint motif that pays tribute to the city that gave birth to the brand. The set as a whole includes overcoats, outwear, a Box Logo hoodie and tee with the aforementioned split design, shirts, tees, pants, sweaters, a standout Schott Perfecto leather jacket and the AF1 Low that also incorporates the splice effect. All in all, this is an eclectic set that’s balanced out by black and white color palette and spots of red and blue thrown in for a pop of vibrant hues.
Pick up the Supreme x COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT FW18 set both online and over at the NY, LA, London, and Paris stores starting this Thursday (September 13). Japan gets the drop on Saturday (September 15). If you need a switch-up from the flagship shops, this collection specifically will also be available to cop at Dover Street Market London, New York, Ginza, Singapore and Beijing. The Supreme x COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT Nike Air Force 1 Low will release later in November 2018.
