On Tuesday, Riri took to social media to promote her Savage x Fenty presentation at New York Fashion Week on Wednesday. The multi-hyphenate released a 44-second video that displayed the company’s message of female empowerment.

The “Work” singer encouraged her 64.3 million followers to live stream the event on her official YouTube account and confirmed that the collection would be available online immediately after.

While many fans are ecstatic about the new collection, they’re at the edge of their seats for some new music.

“I know, I know sis. I’m doing music,” Rihanna replied to a fan. “Simultaneously doing lingerie, makeup, film, amongst a couple other things that I enjoy. When the music is ready, you won’t have to ask for it. But it’s coming. Just not today sis. I’m hype too tho, it can’t come soon enough for me. #Navy4Life.”

The Bajan princess’ last release was Anti, more than two years ago. So the Navy has been collectively holding their breath since then. Anonymous sources tipped Rolling Stone saying that she is planning on dropping a 10-track dancehall album with potential contributions by Ricky Blaze, R. City, and reggae singer Chronixx.

“[Rihanna’s team] have, no lie, 500 records for this project [from] different producers and writers,” an anonymous producer told the publication. “They’re only choosing 10 records. They’ve been having writing camps and trying to keep them quiet for almost a year and a half now. I’ve been flying to Miami, flying to L.A., cutting records nonstop for this project.”
