Much has been said about Eminem and his onslaught on Hip-Hop with his surprise album Kamikaze. The Detroit emcee has received responses from Joe Budden, via his podcast, and Machine Gun Kelly but many are still curious to what’s going through the mind of Shady. We now have some answers as Eminem sits down with sway for a one-on-one interview.
The first piece of the interview clocks in at 12 minutes long and hops dead into what seemingly started all of the uproars that currently is going on, the heat around the Revival album, his issues with the younger generation and details that his shots at Machine Gun Kelly were not a result of mentioning his daughter’s name years back, but started there. Will Shady fire back at MGK? Bet on it.
“So I see, ‘Machine Gun Kelly talks about Eminem’s daughter’ or whatever, right? So I’m like, ‘What the fuck?’ I clicked on it. Then he starts doing a press run, basically, about Hailie. I’m like, ‘What the fuck? Yo, my man better chill.’ So, that’s not why I dissed him,” Eminem detailed. “The reason I dissed him is actually a lot more petty than that. Now I’m in this fuckin’ weird thing, because I’m like, ‘I’ve got to answer this motherfucker.'”
