According to Forbes, they have curated a list of some of the world’s top highest-earning hip-hop acts this year and Jay-Z was one of them. He remains at the top spot with a $76.5 million haul. He started touring back in late 2017 after the release of his thirteenth album, 4:44, and this year is on a world stadium trek with his wife, Beyonce. The Carters released their joint album, Everything is Love, back in June.
Diddy places second with $64 million by building an empire that includes Ciroc vodka, tequila, and alkaline water. Kendrick Lamar is not far too behind with $58 million while packing arenas with his latest album, DAMN, and co-headlining a tour earlier in the year. He also has endorsement deals with Nike and American Express.
