Madewell has always been a reliable brand for the ladies to find fly gear for a more affordable buying point than its parent company J. Crew, but there was always something missing: menswear. Thankfully, the denim gods gave the guys a gift this season in the form of Madewell’s first-ever men’s collection.
Based off first glance, it looks like they definitely know what the fellas like — denim jackets, hoodies and T-shirts make for standout essentials. The key to Madewell is that the brand always keeps it chill, while still providing a premium quality that will give the garments a long lifespan. Key specs like the use of stretch tech plays to that perfectly, in addition to tailoring that’s the right fit whether you like things slim, skinny or standard.
