In the words of Michael Jordan himself, the new silhouette in his OG namesake line provides ultimate lockdown to prepare athletes for flight, in addition to being a shoe that’s distinctive to what Jordan Brand represents. Of course, with something that people have been teased with since the Marty McFlys from Back to the Future Part II, everyone really wants to know what the deal is with FastFit — like fam, how does it even work?
Here’s a quick breakdown of how the technology operates on your foot, via Nike:
Loops on the tongue and heel allow easier entry
The tightening system activates its cables with a single tug of the forefoot strap, creating a full 360-lockdown
Eject by pulling the side loops to release the cables
Other key specs seen on the 33s play into the brand’s past and present, like “Nike Air” finding its way on the heel tab and Flight Speed technology on the underfoot. All the elements working together make for a high performance shoe that embodies a lot of style as well. Basically, we can’t wait to see the colorways they have planned for this and just what’s in store for the spanking new silhouette overall.
