After building up much anticipation for a special collab with Jordan Brand — we even suspected that it’d be a pair of 4s a few days ago — DJ Khaled officially shows off his Air Jordan 3 collection, one inspired by his upcoming Father of Asahd album and the other a nod to his popular “Another One” slogan.
Those that remember the Air Jordan 3 “We The Best” from last year will easily spot that this iteration is basically a blue version of the 2017 drop. There are a few slight alterations that stop the two from being too identical though, with the sole, insoles and perforated leather ankle patch on this version each utilizing a structure similar to that of a traditional pair of 3s. The “Father Of Asahd” colorway is near identical as well, save for a suede upper in place of the leather, grey translucent outsole instead of blue, and minor orange accents on the tongue and lower eyelets. Given the bold personality of the guy behind the collab, it’s no surprise that both shoes feature such a vibrant presentation overall. We’re definitely here for it nonetheless.
