After turning up with Converse for NYFW a few weeks ago, designer Don C gears up for the release of his namesake Just Don RTW collection — a cool offering that’s luxe in its appeal while still managing to keep an authentic sportswear aesthetic throughout.
The SS19 collection seen here takes cues from athletic teams, which include four pseudo-squads going by the names Team X, The Jungle, Islanders and The Sound. Each team represents a different point of inspo that Don C was influenced by, whether it be the safari designs in The Jungle set, the robotic-futurism of Team X, tropical vibes that make up Islanders, or our favorite theme of them all: the fitting vintage music inspiration used for The Sound. However, regardless of which set stands out to you the most, each piece makes up a larger, cohesive collection of jerseys, tees, joggers, short sets and outwear that will start your fall season off with major swag points.
