Legendary Battle Rapper Loaded Lux took to Instagram Wednesday morning to take shots at the justice system that incarcerated “America’s Dad” Bill Cosby after a second trial found the actor/comedian guilty of the 2004 sexual assault of Andrea Constand.
“Yo FREE BILL COSBY!! Yea I said it! Foh, racist ass justice system , Country etc.” Lux said on the social media site. “These are their New Age lynchings! Character assassinations in the public.. Gon release the young Man Mugshot like that.. Punk ass moves don’t make us discouraged, We inspired!! You know We [see] you right⁉️dumbasses , When suckas show you who they are.. BELIEVE them..”
The 81-year-old Cosby was sentenced on Tuesday to serve 3 to 10 years in prison for the sexual assault although prosecutors pushed for a longer sentence while the defense sought house arrest due to Cosby’s legal blindness and failing health.
Cosby is expected to appeal the conviction, but his appeal will come while he sits in jail as the judge denied the Fat Albert creator bail.
Cosby’s spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt, seems to be in line with Loaded Lux. Wyatt claims that the trial was the “most racist and sexist” trial in the country’s history. Cosby’s team also defended the convicted public figure using biblical references.
“They persecuted Jesus, and look what happened,” Wyatt told reporters. “Not saying Mr. Cosby is Jesus, but we know what this country has done to black men for centuries.”
Should Cosby not win his appeal, the actor will serve a minimum of 3 years in prison before he is eligible for parole. Cosby will also be a registered sexually violent offender upon being released.
