The music industry’s most elite joined at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theatre LA Live this past Tuesday (September 25) to celebrate the life and legacy of the Grammy Award-winning producer Quincy Jones.
Although the legendary Quincy Jones brought in his actual birthday this past March, he will be celebrated with an on-air special by BET Networks.
The special which is called Q85: A Musical Celebration For Quincy Jones, will feature tributes and performances from industry heavyweights such as Oprah Winfrey, Danny Glover, Stevie Wonder, Neyo, Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, Charlie Wilson, Fantasia, Ledisi, Yolanda Adams and much more!
Rumor has it the special will air this December but no official day has been announced as of yet!
