For their 3-year wedding anniversary, Kevin and Dreka Gates opened a trap house themed escape room called the “House on Carolina Escape Room” located at the Hollywood Escape House in Los Angeles. Just like a traditional escape room participants are locked in a room for 60 minutes and are given tasks to escape before time runs out. Nonetheless, in Kevin Gates’ escape room he takes players back to his Baton Rouge, Louisiana Trap House on Carolina St.
Using intellect, teamwork, wits, and communication, participants use all of the clues to help Kevin sweep the house of any remaining contraband and selling it all before the cops arrive. Throughout the duration of the escape room, cops do beat on the door just as a reminder that they are after you. A successful sweep and escape must happen before the cops kick the door in.
