Once again, Nelly is accused of sexually assaulting another woman. He just recently settled a lawsuit that a woman accused him of rape. Nelly is now facing new allegations and will have to take the matter to court. The “Country Grammar” rapper the is once again facing a lawsuit from another woman for an alleged sexual assault that took place after one of his concerts in Great Britain.
According to the woman, as reported by TMZ, who requested to remain anonymous, the rapper invited her to stay behind after a meet-and-greet ended in Essex. After she agreed, she claims the rapper dropped his pants, began masturbating and allegedly told her “You want this dick, don’t you?”
The woman continually refused Nelly’s advances, according to the report. Nelly kept the turning up the pressure on her. He even stated that he wanted to ejaculate on her.
As the evening went on, the encounter allegedly turned aggressive, with Nelly grabbing her arm and then forcing his penis into her mouth. She then reportedly was able to get away out of his presence.
Jane Doe is also suing Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, for calling her a liar on Twitter.
Over the years, sexual assault allegations against Nelly have increased. Whatever the case may be, understanding consent is the way to go.
Nelly issued a statement to PEOPLE magazine:
“I’ve been quiet for some time but these baseless allegations hurt more than just me. The truth will come out, and I will be vindicated. These types of false allegations undermine real claims of sexual abuse/harassment by real victims.”
