After months of anticipation, the Bronx comedic duo Desus and Mero finally have a date for their new late-night show on Showtime. The “Bodega Boys” are set to launch their weekly talk show on the cable network in February. The show will premiere at 11 p.m. ET/PT Feb. 21 and will air on Thursday nights.

Desus and Mero built their T.V. brand on Viceland where they hosted a nightly talk show. After departing from Viceland after a two-year run, they struck a deal with Showtime. They will be the first late-night talk show on the network.

When the official announcement went public, the duo was extremely excited. “We’re honored and excited to be joining the Showtime family. The brand is stronger than ever and we look forward to continuing to make amazing, authentic television that will make your wiggington explode,” said Desus Nice, with The Kid Mero adding; “I’m excited to be joining a network with such a strong foundation and track record of producing fuegooooo and to break new ground with a late-night comedy show!”

Desus and Mero first gained fame with their Bodega Boys podcast and their web series Desus Vs Mero. They gave commentary on MTV’s Guy Code and then were picked up by Viceland.
