Chef Curry was written a letter from Riley Morrison who expressed her desire to play in the sneakers that the former NBA MVP wears on court, however, they are not listed in sizes for girls.

“My dad and I visited the website and were disappointed to see that there were no Curry 5s for sale under the girls’ section. I hope you can work with Under Armour to change this because girls want to rock the Curry 5 too,” Morrison wrote.

Steph Curry did just what she asked. In a return letter, Curry expressed that he worked over the last two days to make sure that Riley and girl athletes just like would have no issues in finding his sneakers. The adjustment wasn’t too difficult, with the sneakers being unisex, Under Armor made sure they placed made the shoe available in the girl’s section online.

Making it even better, Steph lets Riley know that she should keep her calendar clear for March 8th:

“Lastly, we have something special in the works for International Women’s Day on March 8th, and I want you to celebrate with me! More to come on that, but plan to be in Oakland that night!”
