Godzilla 2: King of the Monsters will be released in theaters on May 19th, 2019. The plot of the film is that people are trying to manage in the aftermath of dueling monsters. The new trailer shows concerned government officials and everyone else going crazy as they try to figure out a way to convince Godzilla to protect them against the impending threat of the other monsters. The monsters, a preparing themselves for an epic showdown that is sure to thrill fans of the Godzilla franchise.

The sequel to Gareth Edwards’ 2014 film Godzilla stars Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Charles Dance, Thomas Middleditch, O’Shea Jackson Jr., and Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi. Original cast members Sally Hawkins and Ken Watanabe also bring some nostalgia to the film. Michael Dougherty is handling directing duties.
