Happy wife, happy life, right? That has to be Offset’s motto after dropping $106,000 on a few of her Christmas gifts. Page Six reports the Migos rapper purchased three Hermès Birkin bags that cost that hefty total.
On Christmas Day, Cardi B flashed the gifts purchased to her by Offset on Instagram, included were the alligator skin Birkin bags. Obtaining the bags was a mission for Offset as he contacted Michelle Berk of Privé Porter, the largest reseller of Birkin bags, and scheduled a meeting in New York City to make the purchase.
“He called me out of the blue. He said, ‘You’ve got to help me out. I’m in deep trouble.’ I said, ‘If you want to win her back, it’s got to be an alligator Birkin.’ ”
The two met at her suite in New York City to pick out the three bags, which reportedly made Cardi B cry. The gifts also included Christian Louboutin shoes and more bags from Chanel.
The full court press from Offset is on and now it appears to be working. Page Six also states a performance for Cardi in Hawaii may double as a second honeymoon for the couple.
