All four personalities come together for a sit-down conversation about what makes Detroit so unique. As each of them discuss using the citywide feeling of pride to help achieve the goals in their respective careers — comedy, music, fashion and footwear are just some of the areas they all can claim an expertise in — it’s fitting that a sneaker as classic as the Nike Air Force 1 can unite them for the sake of repping Michigan’s largest city. “We so proud to be from Detroit — like, we ain’t won a championship since like 2004, but we still sell out all our games,” says Haha Davis in the video above, meanwhile Kameko highlights the “313” tongue tab as her favorite part of the “Away” colorway. They each prove how the city itself made it possible to create two new iterations of a Swoosh classic for not just Detroit’s finest to enjoy but sneaker collectors in general.

The Nike Air Force 1 Home & Away “Detroit” colorways drop exclusively at the new Foot Locker Detroit Power Store (17755 East 8 Mile Road) this Saturday (February 2), followed by a wider release at select stores and online on February 22.
