Ramiro Gutierrez was reportedly out on $2,500 bail for conspiring to burglarize a Richmond Hill home. As per an indictment, the 26-year-old suspect was planning to break into someone’s home in February 2018. He was arrested on December 11th and released on December 13th after pleading not guilty.

On Sunday, Gutierrez gunned down Abel Mosso, 20, on a 7 train subway platform in Jackson Heights. Mosso was allegedly a rival gang member. In the video below, it appears that Gutierrez wrestled a gun out of Mosso’s hand and shot him with it multiple times in close range.
