According to documents obtained by TMZ, it has been reported that Savage, whose real name is Shayaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, was arrested by ATF and a loaded gun was retrieved from the red Dodge Challenger that Savage was driving when he was pulled over.

A fully loaded Glock with an extended clip was found in the glove compartment of the vehicle.

According to the report, there were three cars involved in the arrest of Savage, including a car driven by Kalil Smith, who police say was also with Savage. Police say Smith was driving with an M4 rifle in the floorboard with the muzzle pointed in the direction of the officer.

According to Savage’s lawyer Alex Spiro, who was hired by Hip-Hop honcho Jay-Z, “ICE has confirmed he was targeted for immigration enforcement and nothing more. He was never arrested by the police, and some other individual’s firearm and vehicle is not our concern here.”
