NBA All-Star Weekend is just a few days away, and adidas has a special treat for its trio of stars hitting the court that combines the worlds of basketball and racing.
Featuring a set of PEs made exclusively for adidas Brand athletes James Harden, Damian Lillard and Kyle Lowry, the collection will be seen during the big game between Team LeBron and Team Giannis. The racing theme is directly influenced by the need-for-speed culture synonymous with Charlotte, North Carolina, where all the festivities will officially be going down. The silhouettes chosen include each respective player’s current signature model, which include the Harden Vol. 3, Dame 5 and standout Marquee BOOST seen above. The combo of black & white checkerboard print mixed with red, yellow and blue accents really shows off the theme perfectly, with each iteration paying equal homage to both the state that everything is going down in and the actual star players rocking the kicks on the court.
