The higher-end Anaconda containing a solid state drive, and the lower-end Lockheart potentially coming in a disc-less variant to complement xCloud alongside a new disc-to-digital initiative that would let consumers transfer over physical libraries. Additionally, JeuxVideo is reporting that, as rumored, the newest Xbox devices will be fully backward compatible with the current generation of hardware, and that Halo Infinite will be a launch title across the Xbox One X/One S and the new consoles.

The disc-less console will have 12GB of GDDR6 Ram at 1080p, while the disc version will actually be 4K with 16GB of GDDR6 ram.

Thurrott published a similar report claiming the Scarlet consoles would be unveiled at E3 2019, and claims they will launch in fall 2020 alongside Halo Infinite, which allegedly has more RPG elements than prior Halo titles. Thurrott claims Microsoft likely won’t discuss pricing at E3 2019, and that the company is starting to lock down what else it will announce during its keynote.
