Ty Dolla Sign scored a get-out-of-jail-free card for his recent drug possession case in Georgia. The LA crooner is set to enter an online drug prevention program, called the Second Chance Program.

The program will run for 13 weeks and once he completes the program, and stays clean for the next few months, all charges will be dropped.

Sources familiar with the case said he’s ordered to lay off weed and Rx drugs for the next few months then the 2 felonies and a misdemeanor will be gone. He will also be subject to random drug tests during the 13-week period.

Ty Dolla Sign has been keeping busy in the interim of striking his new deal. He was featured on Little Mix’s “Think About Us” video, and also appeared on Kehlani’s While We Wait mixtape. The 33-year-old singer was also seen with his boo Lauren Jauregui at Elton John’s Oscars party. Now he has even more reason to celebrate.
