After months of leaked images, rumored release dates and speculation as to whether it would even be available to the general public, Jordan Brand finally gives a full look at its upcoming Air Jordan 1 collaboration with multiplatinum rap star Travis Scott. In addition to a reworked version of the popular silhouette, the launch will also include a set of apparel as well, and it’s all arriving in less than a week’s time.
The “Cactus Jack” theme makes its way from the kicks to the clothes, the latter set to include a tracksuit, fleece hoodie, fleece shorts and some T-shirts to round things out. Of course, most have their focus on the sneakers, which utilize a new “oversized & reversed” take on the lateral side Swoosh. Brown suede takes over the upper for the most part, but the colorway is also balanced out with beige on the side panels, toe box and tongue, plus black detailing on the laces, collar and aforementioned Swoosh logos. As this will reportedly kick off a whole year of Jordan drops from the ASTROWORLD emcee, it’s looking like 2019 will be yet another Travis takeover. Turn up!
